The respective data is kept for 12 years, being later deleted from the computer system and destroyed in physical support. Data may be transmitted to Clauditis – Memórias & Critérios Unipessoal, Lda., Setup Tech, an accounting company, a health and safety at work company, insurance intermediaries, to carry out treatment. After data processing, the data transmitted to the subcontractors are archived for a period of 12 years and subsequently removed from their computer systems and erased from the systems.
EMPLOYEES PERSONAL DATA
Abílio Freire, Lda. collects personal data from employees that are handled by Administrative, Accounting, Management departments.
The respective data are keep for the period of 1 year after cessation of the employment contract with a minimum of 12 years, the records being subsequently erased and the documents destroyed.
After data processing, data transmitted to subconstractors are archived for a period of 12 years and subsequently removed from their computer systems and erased from the systems.
